The battery was shipped and arrived quickly. I used my "easy button" for this one. Our company is a technical company; we test almost every wi-fi device before it hits the market. A no-fuss transaction. Thanks. I needed to purchase the correct replacement battery quickly. Amazon's search engine yielded exactly what I was looking for with several dealer options to make my purchase.
This item arrived on time, as advertised, and I would definitely recommend to anyone having similar issues. I feel like I have a new phone all over again. After not retaining a charge for more than a few hours, and resulting in multiple calls abruptly ending as my battery dies, I decided to order this item and now my phone is back to keeping a charge for up to three days even with moderate use of the phone.
I bought my dash on may 2008, by october I already was in the need for another battery, so I bought this one from Sf Planet.I thought that I didn't handle the first battery well so that it was my fault the fact it couldn't hold a charge for a whole day, and wi-fi and bluetooth off of course, I know those drain the battery like crazy.This one worked perfect, just as the original one, for the first months, and now I'm again looking for a replacement to the replacement.I'm not going to buy a new battery every 5 months, I'm planning on getting a new phone, cause researching trough internet I found EVERYONE that owns a dash is aware of the battery problems, even the T-mobile guys know it but they say the battery only has a 90 day warranty as all other accesories.Great phone, trust me, but the battery issues not worth it, cause at the end of the day, is a cell phone, you need it all the time with you and for AT LEAST hold a charge on a whole day allowing you to make all the phone calls and use all the applications you wish.
It fixed the problem immediately. I read on many forums and decided it was the battery and tried this one. Gave it a full charge before using the phone and have not had any problems since (it has been almost a month). So, my phone started to loose it's battery life rather quickly even after a full charge (within 2-4 hours). And it would drain so quick when I would get texts or be on a call (which would last around 30 minutes then die even after a full charge).
Holds charge longer than the old one but not long as a new one but for price it's just ok
