That's horrible customer support so just stay away from these guys. It worked great for 2 months and then became useless. I called customer support and they said that I have to contact the manufacturer for the warranty.
What more could you ask for. I got exactly what I wanted in a timely fashion, at an excellent price.
I was a bit skeptical initially while ordering, but this is the "Original" battery for sure(The sticker on the battery is same as the one on my original Dash battery.).Works great and now i have the much necessary battery backup for my Dash :)
This battery works great with my T-Mobile Dash and was delivered to me a lot faster than expected.
hopefully this one will last longer. battery works great. definetely, recommend purchase from amazon. so far, it works great and for a fraction of the cost from tmobile or other websites. holds charge and talk time last long time. the original battery lasted less than a year.
